Refund policy
We get it, sometimes things go sideways. Maybe your order didn’t arrive as expected, something was damaged, or you simply changed your mind. At Meme’s Worms, we believe in fairness, transparency, and treating our customers like neighbors. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements, whether you’re ordering live worms or worm gear.
Damaged or Faulty Orders
For Worm Orders:
- Worms arrived dead? We don’t offer refunds for live worms, but we do replace them under our Live Arrival Guarantee (conditions apply).
- Wrong worm species? We’ll send the correct ones right away—our bad.
- Not sure if your worms are healthy? Give us a call. We’ll help troubleshoot and figure out the next steps.
For Non-Worm Products:
- Item damaged or defective? We’ll replace it or issue a refund—your choice.
- Missing parts? We’ll ship replacements at no extra cost.
- Packaging issues? We pack everything in-house, but if something’s not right, let us know. We’ll make it right.
Received the Wrong Item?
Oops! If we sent the wrong product:
- Worms: We’ll always replace them with the correct species or quantity.
- Non-worms: We’ll ship the correct item or issue a refund—just let us know.
Package Never Arrived?
Start by checking your tracking number (emailed to you when the order shipped). If it’s marked “delivered” but didn’t arrive:

We’ll contact the carrier and investigate.

If your package was lost or undelivered, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Worm Orders:

Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us before it ships. Once your worms are on the way, we can’t make changes or accept returns (worms don’t handle round trips well).
Non-Worm Products:

Exchanges are allowed. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Changed Your Mind?
If you're canceling or returning for personal reasons (not due to damage or error), we’d love to hear why. Let us know during checkout or by contacting us—we use your feedback to get better.
Timeframes and Return Conditions

Live Worms: No refunds or returns once shipped.

Non-Worm Items: Eligible for return if unopened and unused, within 30 days of delivery.
A return request can be made through your account profile here.

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 24 hours.
